About us

Prior to founding Inflection Real Estate, Ben was a director at UK property company First Alliance Properties, where he played a key role in assembling and asset managing an institutional joint venture portfolio of £300m. The team delivered outstanding returns for a number of leading capital partners across multiple real estate sectors. Earlier in his career, Ben was the analyst for the €1.6bn Goodman European Logistics Fund. The fund comprised 91 core logistics assets across 11 countries. Ben is also a non-executive director of AltInvest, an Indian investment manager focused on prime offices and warehouses across India's major cities, investing predominantly through the country's first SM REIT structures. Ben holds an MSc in Property Investment and Development and is a chartered surveyor (MRICS).

Before joining Inflection Real Estate, Richard worked at Avison Young where he advised a mix of clients including institutional investors, property companies and domestic/overseas private clients on the acquisition and disposal of commercial investment and development opportunities. Previously he helped establish Chestertons’ national investment team based in London. He has worked predominantly in the industrial, retail warehouse and office sectors. Richard holds a BSc in Real Estate from Reading University and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS)
